The keyboard does not work in Windows 95 due to incorrect driver.
Cause:
The keyboard driver listed in Windows 95 is not the correct driver to use with the current keyboard.
Solution:
Select the correct keyboard driver, and restart the computer.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'Keyboard' icon. (The 'Keyboard Properties' dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'General' tab.
5) Select the correct keyboard driver from the 'Keyboard type' drop-down list box.
NOTE: If necessary, consult the keyboard user manual to determine the proper keyboard driver.
6) Click 'OK' to save the keyboard setting.
